Update on Le Rêve

Dear Esteemed Le Rêve Community,

We are pleased to bring you our latest construction update as Le Rêve enters its most recent phase. With the structural frame complete and the tower at its full height, our focus has now turned to interior finishing, services installation and the fine details that will define the quality of every residence.

The pace on site remains strong and our team continues to work diligently across multiple floors simultaneously to maintain our delivery schedule.

Works in Progress

• POP Ceiling Installation: Plaster of Paris ceiling installation is progressing across the lower and middle floors, establishing the base for lighting and ceiling finishes throughout the tower.
• Internal Plastering Completion: Wall plastering is advancing through the upper floors, bringing smooth, finished surfaces to all internal spaces ahead of painting and tiling works.
• Window and Door Frame Installation: Subframe installation continues across multiple floors, with glazing to follow as works progress toward the upper levels.
• MEP Final Installations: Mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are being finalised floor by floor, with first and second fix electrical installation well underway.
• Balcony Waterproofing: Waterproofing of all balconies and external wet areas is continuing to ensure long-term protection against moisture ingress.
• Floor Screeding & Tiling: Screeding works and tiling are ongoing across apartment levels.

Looking Ahead

• Tiling and Floor Finishes: Tile installation will continue on completed and screeded floors, bringing the residences closer to their finished state.
• Painting and Wall Finishes: First coat painting will begin on plastered and prepared wall surfaces across lower floors.
• Lift Installation: Works on the lift shaft and installation of lift equipment will progress during this phase.
• External Facade Works: Ongoing external cladding and facade finishing to complete the tower's exterior presentation.
