Dear Esteemed Le Réve Community,
We are delighted to provide you with an update on the latest advancements at our construction site. Our commitment to transparency and excellence drives us to share detailed insights into our ongoing endeavours.
Recent Achievements:
- Completion of Iron Works and Boarding of Pile Caps: The meticulous process of iron works and boarding has been successfully executed for all 42 pile caps. Pile caps are reinforced concrete caps that support the columns and distribute the load from the structure to the piles beneath which ensures the stability and durability of our foundation.
- Installation of Second Crane: A significant milestone has been reached with the installation of a second crane on-site. Cranes play a pivotal role in construction projects, facilitating the movement of heavy materials and equipment. This addition enhances our operational efficiency and prepares us for the upcoming phase of erecting the superstructure.
- Final Permit Approval: We are pleased to announce the receipt of final permit approval. Permit approval is an essential regulatory step in construction projects, signifying compliance with safety, zoning, and building codes. This milestone signifies a green light for the subsequent stages of our development.
- En Route Post-Tension Materials: Post-tensioning is a technique used to strengthen concrete structures by introducing tensioned steel cables or tendons within the concrete. The delivery of post-tension materials emphasises our commitment to employing cutting-edge technologies for superior structural integrity.
Upcoming Phases:
- Casting of Pile Caps and Basement Floor: Casting refers to the process of pouring concrete into formwork to create structural elements. In the upcoming phase, we will focus on casting all pile caps and the basement floor, a pivotal step in establishing the groundwork for vertical construction.
- Construction of Columns to First Basement Floor: Columns are vertical structural elements that support the weight of the building above. Our team will meticulously construct columns to the first basement floor, ensuring precise alignment and adherence to engineering specifications.
- Casting of First Basement Floor: The casting of the first basement floor represents a significant milestone in our project’s vertical progression. This phase involves pouring and curing concrete to create a solid foundation for subsequent levels of the building.
Your continued engagement fuels our dedication to excellence as we endeavour to realise the dream of Le Réve.
