We are pleased to share the latest progress on the construction of Le Rêve. Our team continues to maintain strong momentum on site, with several key structural and finishing milestones successfully completed as we move steadily toward the final stages of the tower.
Completed Works:
Casting of the 16th and Final Floor Slab
The casting of the 16th floor slab marks a significant structural milestone, completing the main vertical concrete framework of the tower and defining the building’s full height.
Block Works up to the 14th Floor
All masonry block works have been finalized up to the 14th floor, establishing internal partitions and defining apartment layouts.
Internal and External Plastering
Plastering works are continuing across multiple floors to prepare wall surfaces for finishing, ensuring smooth and durable internal and external surfaces.
MEP Piping Installation
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) piping is progressing steadily across all floors to support the building’s essential services.
Vent Ducting on the 3rd Floor
Ventilation ducting installation is underway on the 3rd floor to support the building’s air circulation systems.
Upcoming Phases:
Continuation of Soundproofing and Screeding
Further acoustic insulation and floor screeding will continue across additional apartment levels.
Internal and External Plastering
Plastering works will continue on upper floors to maintain the pace of finishing activities throughout the tower.
POP Ceiling Installation
POP ceiling installations will commence, providing the structural base for ceiling finishes and lighting features.
Roof Covering
Installation of the roof covering has been completed, providing protection for the upper structure and enabling interior works to progress efficiently.
Window Subframes and Balcony Waterproofing
Installation of window subframes will continue alongside the waterproofing of balconies to protect against moisture ingress and prepare for final glazing works.
Electrical and Mechanical Pipe Installation on Upper Floors
MEP installations will extend to the upper floors as service infrastructure progresses toward completion.
